C4 MINISTRY COACHING

OFFERING COACHING

The heart of The Youth Network is to be with youth leaders one on one as often as possible because we know that relationship is the bedrock for feeling connected and cared for. Two other strategic pieces to the C4 model are coaching and counseling.  We customize  this according to the interest and need of the individual youth leader.

LEVEL ONE

Informal 1D Coaching Relationship

The Youth Network staff are meeting one on one with youth leaders informally all throughout the year. We enjoy the informal nature of walking with youth leaders all throughout the region who are looking to connect with other youth leaders as well begin to tap into the well of resources that The Youth Network has to offer. Tony, Hayne and a growing number of veteran youth leaders are available to connect with youth leaders around the region for the purpose of connection.   

LEVEL TWO

Formal 3D Coaching Relationship

The Youth Network staff also meet with youth leaders in a more formalized relationship when an individual youth leader has a particular set of needs that they want to address. We apply our 3D coaching strategy when we enter into a more formal relationship with any youth leader or church. This means that the individual youth leader would receive three on one attention from Tony Souder, Hayne Steen and Greg Seymour who share a combined 60 years of ministry and professional counseling experience.

LEVEL THREE

Training Youth Leaders to Coach

There are some extraordinary youth leaders in the region who meet with younger youth leaders for the purpose of passing on wisdom and modeling relationship.
