Offering Connection
Each month we host a bag lunch discussion at The Youth Network focused on one topic that is relevant to the front line work of youth ministry to postmodern teenagers. Grab a lunch on your way and join in on the discussion.
Offering Care
Twice each semester we host a day long retreat for youth leaders designed to help them be still before the Lord and to share this experience in the context of our regional community of youth leaders.
There are two key elements to the day, solitude and community. We are a strategic partner with Russell Courtney, Director of The Soul Care Project.
Offering Coaching & Counseling
The heart of The Youth Network is to be with youth leaders one on one as often as possible because we know that relationship is the bedrock for feeling connected and cared for. Two other strategic pieces to the C4 model are coaching and counseling. We customize this according to the interest and need of the individual youth leader.
